RBRsolo⁴

The RBRsolo⁴ is a family of small single-sensor, long-autonomy instruments, which come in several variants:

  • RBRsolo⁴ D: depth

  • RBRsolo⁴ T: temperature

  • RBRsolo⁴ Tu: turbidity

  • RBRsolo⁴ chl-a: chlorophyll-a

  • RBRsolo⁴ ODO: temperature and optical dissolved oxygen

  • RBRsolo⁴ x: exchangeable

    • Can connect to the following standalone RBR serial sensors: RBRcoda Tu, RBRcoda chl-a, RBRquadrante, RBRcoda T.ODO, RBRcoda³ T, RBRcoda³ D, and RBRcoda³ T.D.

All configurations are available in titanium housing for deepwater applications (| deep). In most cases, standard, | slow, and | fast sampling variants of the same instrument look identical, with the exception of RBRsolo⁴ T | deep | slow, which has an embedded thermistor. See Fig. 3 for details.
