Opening the RBRcervata

The RBRcervata is serviced by opening the battery end-cap, allowing access to the controller, desiccant, and batteries, which are mounted to an electronics assembly atttached to the end-cap.

The battery end-cap is the one with the MCBH connectors.

  1. Unscrew the retaining bolts from the battery end cap using a 5mm Hex/Allen key.

  2. Pull the end-cap out of the RBRcervata pressure housing.

    Do not twist the battery end-cap.

  3. Remove and save the retaining bolts.
