How long will RBR support my instrument?

RBR is committed to supporting our products indefinitely as long as we can acquire parts for them. We are proud that many of our instruments have been deployed and working in the field for over 20 years. Furthermore, we are involved in global long-term observation programs such as Argo and OSNAP.  Providing our customers with the highest level of service and support will always be a key factor for us.
