The Ruskin autonomy engine provides accurate deployment estimates, so that you can optimize your sampling schedules accordingly.

The battery life is calculated for 5ºC water temperature. When deploying in environments where the typical temperature is colder than 5ºC, consider derating your battery capacity.  The exact amount to derate is based on water temperature, battery chemistry, current draw, and sampling frequency.
