Big Sur support (macOS 11)

Ruskin has been overhauled to support macOS 11 (Big Sur). The platform and Java version have been updated and our content delivery system has been improved to allow us to support you better. This change has also resulted in the first version of Ruskin that will not have support for 32bit operating systems.
