Closing the RBRcervata

  1. Place the RBRcervata electronics and connector end-cap assembly back into the pressure housing.

The battery end-cap has a small metal alignment pin which slots into a hole on the mating face of the pressure housing. If the alignment pin is correctly aligned, only a small push should be required to insert the end-cap assembly.

Do not attempt to force the end-cap and do not begin torquing the retaining bolts until the end-cap is fully seated into the pressure housing.

  1. Re-insert the retaining bolts.

  2. Torque the retaining bolts to 1.7N-m (15 in-lbs) using a 5mm hex torque wrench/driver.
